Never finished the job and tried to outrightly lie, saying they proved with my credit card company they finished the work, my the credit card company wants me to send them a second opinion letter for the cost of the work which was not completed, so I don’t know what they proved. Whoever is responding from the company is indicating I have a tiny home, which I am proud of, it is mine and I didn’t scheme to get it, regardless, why should that matter? all customers should be treated fairly, my payment was not tiny though. Please see my Google review of this company, their response proves that they did not finish the work but kept my money. They left the job unfinished and not only that, recently, had to call an electrician because the breaker box was sparking, maybe someone should indicate to them that loose connections are a problem when wiring up a breaker box. I have nothing to hide here, I can provide the invoice and the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Charles had previously help me replace some batteries in my smoke detectors that I didn’t even know I had. His personal touch and sincerity that I was protected was very much appreciated. Needless to say I was frustrated, not knowing the extent of the damage, on a brand new electrical box. ( Installed by my hero’s Mr. Electric) John Kane came to my rescue, this time. Not certain John knows what a caring and calming presence he has, in addition to his professionalism. I’ll be asking for John to return to install a circuit breaker on my panel, in the near future!
