Husband and wife team checked out the water softening system that was in the house when I purchased it, but was told it didn't work. They told me the system possible could be fixed but due to the age and it hadn't been operating for a long time there would be no guarantee. I opted for a new system. Other contractors just tried to sell me a new expensive system. Would highly recommend Meeks. They were honest and installation was quick and efficient.

Every interaction with this company and the personnel has been positive. They are honest, professional and responsive to every question and concern.

I called them cause water has too much salt and softener, but takes too much time to service. eg: call March 26 and come April 6. same happened with installation, too.

Outstanding job. Surprised they gave me a quote and returned the following day to install water filtration system. They installed system nice a tight. No space wasted. Work schedule was followed closely, one employee was training another in the repair tasks.

My water softener needed to be repaired and this is the only company I spoke with that did not want to sell me a complete new system. They actually said that it can be repaired and so I made the appointment to have them come to the house. Very knowledgeable about their work, courteous and very reasonably priced. Again, I really appreciated the fact that they did not use a high pressure sales pitch to sell me a new unit and actually said they can and would repair my unit. From my first contact phone call to their office to the complete repair took less than 36 hrs. That is SERVICE! Great customer service!!!!
