Excavation
Truck arrived with no indication that it was Johns by John. They had scheduled an AM appointment and did not show. After calling the provider I got no return call. A truck showed up very late that afternoon/eve with the bill ready though!
The service employee was polite and completed the job at hand.
There was no apology or referance to the 6 plus hour late arrival, and NEVER any communication from Johns by John regarding the same..Though they cashed that check right on time!
I believe they were overpriced, and truly couldn't care the least about their customer.
I will never use them again, nor reccomend them, in fact would discourage anyone looking for a reliable and good septic firm from ever using this provider.
