 + -1 moreJim does three things that I like: 1: He is Honest 2: Superb quality & craftsmanship 3: Does not make a mess. Everything he did came out great. It is hard to find people that have the skill he has, takes pride in his work, and is fair & honest. He is the complete package. This is an old house and it could have been a nightmare - I feel lucky that my neighbors recommended him to me!
Description of Work: Most of my house needed updating before I moved in. I handed Jim the key's and gave him a list. He did the following: One full Bathroom remodel, wood floors for 2 bedrooms, backsplash, installed all new appliances & food disposal & installed vent for kitchen, replaced all faucets for 2 more bathrooms, painted three rooms, installed two ceiling fans, replaced several base boards, replaced several light fixtures and various molding, remodeled three closets, installed tankless hot water heater. The list of little things he did is too long to remember.

 + -1 moreGreat experience. Jim is an good contractor, he is a really hard worker and his prices are reasonable. He was referred to me by a couple who used him to do their remodel and in face he has done a remodel for several of their family memebers too, so he gets a lot of repeat business - which speaks volumes. His knowledge base is very wide which I really appreciated because he was able to advise and guide me when I needed it. We also had a really awful delivery of marble tile which we had no choice but to instal and it was a really difficult and trying process but Jim stuck with us through the entire process and went above and beyond to get it laid and now - unbelievably - it looks really good.
