terrible, now I have to get home inspection and hope their is nothing wrong and that I did nor purchase wrong home. Scared at this point to even be in home.

The process was organized and professional. The report was emailed to me as promised. I was very happy with this company.

Mr Ringo was so very professional and great.  We had to postpone twice due to illness in our family and he was gracious and on our appointed day showed up on time, quickly but thoroughly did what he needed to do and was most pleasant the entire time.  We are expecting our report to be emailed to us tonight.  The service was A+.

Was in the process of buying a home and needed a home inspection to make sure that there were no major repair issues that had gone unnoticed.
My realtor contacted Bob Ringo at Hometeam Inspections of Citrus and Hernando County for me and I received an immediate call from Bob Ringo .
We set up an appt and I met him at the house where he proceeded to do a fabulous inspection!
He had recommended that I be there for the inspection and he was able to show me a few things that I had missed.
He gave me a complete detailing of his inspection while we were still  onsite and also sent me copies of his report and pictures the next day.
I don't think I could have found a more thorough , professional , competent person to complete my home inspection.
I'm already planning to follow up on some of his repair/maintenance suggestions as soon as we close on the purchase.

Robert Ringo was on time and did a thorough inspection of our property.  At the end of his inspection, he reviewed his findings with us and offered suggestions to correct or enhance the appearance of the property from a buyer's persepctive.  We had our written report that afternoon.
