The communication with the install company was stellar. I extremely an email with the installers name and picture prior to my install and numerous calls asking how the installer was doing during the install process. The gentleman that did the floor install was polite, prompt and extremely professional. MY floor turned out AMAZING!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend using Home Depot's flooring department.
