Owner agrees that motor has failed and it is with in the warranty period -- motor is clearly marked as one of his motors with the date purchased on the label (like a battery) ---owner however refuses to fix the motor w/o hand written receipt --owner admits he has copy of this receipt but refuses to look for it ( i even offered him $25.00 book keeping fee to find it)--he says NO WAY--i was never told that was my warranty --it was just a bill of sale--Very tempted to take to small claims court. Avoid this place-- terrible business practice--the customers wrong even when they agree he is right---Got the motor from pinch a penny w/o a problem they said they have heard similar stories about this place.
