The fellows there were very friendly, the service was quick, and they didn't even charge me for their labor (driving the car to hear the thump, finding and removing the offending object).

window was not operating properly. Took car in and was told that the motor in the door that operates the window needed to be replaced. It was done - good price. WE ALWAYS USE CRYSTAL FIRESTONE FOR OUR CAR REPAIRS. THEY ARE FAIR, HONEST, AND DO NOT DO WORK THAT DOESN'T NEED TO BE DONE. My car is 10 years old, almost 200,000 miles and is in PERFECT running condition thanks to Crystal Firestone.

Crystal River Firestone, prices were fair and have much less prices than the dealerships. My car is 10 years old with 175,000 miles on it and it runs perfect. Family owned business that are professional, take pride in their work and they are community activists. They are very good people and whatever they say is wrong with my car I don't question it. They have kept our car in great condition and we have recommended them to others.
