Chem-Dry

Their work is superior! Stains that I thought would never come out were removed and the carpet looked as good as new! We have dogs and all the messy things that go along with house pets. No problem for these folks. Their prices are fair and they show up when they promise.

Seth has always provided great service.  He answers emails and calls promptly and is very flexible when arranging time and dates.  Despite the name, they do not use chemicals.  They also leave the rugs dry enough to be able to sleep in the rooms that evening.  I look forward to continuing to call on his services and would highly recommend him.

The gentleman that came out was prompt. He had an eye for detail. He made sure to doublecheck his work and didn't leave until he felt it up to ours and his standards

I asked that Chem Dry come clean our carpet before we moved out of the house. There were some stains I was concerned about, some that kept coming back after other carpet cleaning services had cleaned them in the past. I wanted to use Chem Dry since I have used other Chem Dry companies in the past and was very pleased with the jobs they did. I had planned to clean more areas but changed my mind at the last minute. The guy that came was so courteous, he understood my circumstances and paid extra attention to the spots and charged me appropriately. He said those stains could come back, to give it a week and if they did he could come back and it usually only took one more time, if even that to get any reappearing stains. I had someone stop by a week later to check the stained areas and he said he could not see any trace of stains. He thought it all looked wonderful. If I had stayed in the area I would have continued to use them. Very happy!

We like that they have a relatively dry process. They do a very good job of cleaning. They are very conscientious if there is an area that needs extra attention. They take their time and are more thorough that companies I have used in the past.
