showed up on time found leak around light repaired , pool went down called him back checked pipes (pressure checked) found leak in skimmer box repaired leaks two days later pool was still going down very slowly called him back said he was working on another job but would stop by after work fixed leak and I have had no problems since . Honest trustworthy and willing to give you price on different problems that might arise would not even consider ever using anyone else.
We bought this house 1 1/2 yrs before we moved in. Bill had been fixin'up odd cracks and pipe leaks on the recommendation of EVERYONE in the neighborhood who had a pool. Once we got here, we called him back to do a major reset on the whole rig.
We had to book nearly 3wks in advance and was well worth the wait.
He showed up on time without having to call, got 'busy'...and knocked out everything in one day ! Bill did a SWG install and conversion, removed a 'Rube Goldberg' plumbing nightmare ( the result of TWO pool heaters-solar AND electric )--and got rid of both of these ancient, leaking, and decrepit, landmark sized dinosaurs! He couldn't load it all the same day, but came back the next day and got the rest.
