I saw he had good comments on Angie's List, so I called and spoke to Art.  I informed him that I had new replacement headlight assemblies for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma, and asked if he would be interested in doing job.  He replied sure, and said it would only be $20 per headlight.  We made an appointment for June 21, 2013.  I dropped the truck off that morning and left the new headlights with him.  He called about an hour later and said the truck was ready.  When I went to get my truck, he had raised his price from $40 ($20 for each light) to $95.40.  His excuse was that the job involved removing the grill and crawling under the truck. 
That evening it became obvious that the headlights were pointing way out of alignment, and needed adjusting.  I took it back the next day, and Art said the headlights were NOT adjustable.  I knew better, as did his young assistant.  They did adjust the lights, but I still wound up having to re-adjust them later myself.
My 2005 Tacoma was nearing 90,000 miles, and would soon be due for extensive maintenance (serpentine belt, hoses, fluids, spark plugs, etc.).  While there, gave Art a list of such items which would need doing, and asked if he could give me a price.  He asked me to leave the list with him, along with my phone number, and said he would work up a price and phone me in an hour or so.  He never called me.

He is a little guy and he is as honest as the day is long. He's good and honest. He saved me a whole bunch of money and a whole bunch of time. I swear by the guy. I will continue to see him.
