Terrific service. Father / son team. They were very prompt and responsive, gave me the estimate; and showed up when they said they would with the replacement parts several days later and installed them and the heater has worked fine. They were pleasant to deal with and I will call them again if I need any HVAC work. I can't comment on their attire other than to say I didn't notice because it wasn't important to me. Arctic Air has made an impression on us (new to the area) because so far they are the only company that did what they said, when they said for the price they said. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have purchased the salon two months ago and when air wasn't working I called Artic being that was the sticker on the unit.
After todays situation I called the previous owner to find out what happened when she had them in and was told never to use them. They did not repair the a/c, charged her $600.00 and when she called them back they never came nor returned her calls.
