We are a family owned business that has 5 employees believes in giving our customers a quality job and the reassurance that it will be done right the first time. We have a $35 Service call and our hourly rate is $75/hr for a single plumber, plus parts. We do all the work ourselves and use no sub-contractors.

The initial installation went fine. They came on time and appeared to be proficient. When job was completed it looked fine and I paid the bill. Before repairman left I happened to look closer at the water filter and it was installed backwards. I pointed it out and he said he'd go get new fittings and return that day. He has never returned. I have called just about everyday for a week. They only have an answering service. The answering service says I'll get a call back. Never happens. I can't recommend using them. I now have to incur additional costs to get it fixed.

I checked 'Angies' out before 6:00 A.M.on 05/04/2009 I called the company a little after 6:00 A.M. It was answered (I think I may have woken them up). They said someone would be there by 9:00 A.M. Someone showed up at 8:30 He quickly diagnosed (pin hole leak in copper pipe). He showed me the problem. He was done and out by 9:15 Very nice guy too and very professional. Would strongly recommend again!

Coy ran into a glitch with the fit of the unit into our condo, but his skills went beyond plumbing and was able to make it work without any structural changes. Price was great...professionalism off the chart...have already used him again for a dishwasher problem...you can't go wrong with this company!! Newton Brown...
