The company that put the system in didn't put down the rocks or whatever they should have. They just put the pipe in the ground. Needless to say it was making holes in the ground. When I called to complain it was like it was no big deal. So I called the company and they said well we can't help you with that because we just bought it from Joe so that's not our problem. I could not get any resolution whatsoever. So we had to spend a couple thousand which wasn't in the budget to have the whole drain field redone and done right. We had to have another septic service redo the work. As far as I know they are still in business.
They recommend every 5 years but I think I had it done every 4 years. So we used A Able until the problem came up and we couldn't get it solved. We thought we had sink holes and oh it was a big mess. So I went and talked to some neighbors. They said oh no you too. Talk to so and so around the corner and I thought ok here we go.

A friendly person answered the phone and scheduled a pump-out service. The technician showed up on time, two days later and completed the service. The cost was extremely reasonable. They even did a good job covering up the two holes in my yard that were necessary to access the septic tank lids. I will definitely use this company again!
