We've used Terry for years. He's very reliable, always on time or calls to see if he can come a little early. He's careful to move little stuff out of the way and leaves everything in perfect condition. I can hardly believe that our carpets look as good as they do when he's finished. I also like that he works hard to vacuum excess water out so that the carpets are good to go by the next morning. We don't bother with quotes anymore because his pricing is consistent and we know what to expect. He can get busy before the holidays so it pays to book him a few weeks before you need him.

I liked him a lot. He did a good job; there were no problems. He came here, did his work, and left us with some extra chemicals in case something happened. He was very responsive, courteous and polite; he came in and showed us what we needed to do.

I believe this is probably the 5th time that Terry has come to clean our carpet and upholstery since we moved to FL 5 years ago. He is reliable, neat, clean, polite and professional. He does an excellent job. We will definitely have him back again!

They were right on time, cleaned it beautifully and gave advice for care between cleanings. They charged a fair price and we would definitely use them again.
