He was very professional and did the job thoroughly and quickly.  He inspected our tank, answered questions and made a recommendation for risers in the future.  I liked the fact he was able to come the same day, had a coupon we were able to use and is available for emergency services.  I would use him again and highly recommend his company.

Mr. Arnett quickly responded to our dilemma with our septic tank. We had used him about three times in the past five years. He came within hours of being called, quickly remedied the problem, & gave us a great price. He is very professional and has trustworthy employees, though he does most of the work himself. We eventually hooked up to the county sewer system and had to have Mr. Arnett help us in abandoning (destroying) our septic tank system. Again, he responded immediately, did all of the permit paperwork, performed the task, and informed us of everything going on.   Even though I don't have need to call him anymore for septic problems, I will always think highly of him and recommend him with five stars !  Great guy ! Great service !
