I could not be more impressed with the people that he hired to work here and himself on the job they did. It was absolutely outstanding. First of all, he hires only local licensed workers. Everybody was polite and well-mannered. They were very respectful of my property, my privacy, and everything here. They built the house, and if I did not like something, they fixed it. For one example I have is I did not like where they put the thermostat. Tim told me that they were going to move it and asked where they would put it. Then, he had some guys too that did trim work and vinyl stuff. They were busy the whole time they were here. There was no hanging around. Tim had this professionalism to know that guy A was going to be done this day and guy B was in the next day as far as time rate is concerned.
