Tom and crew arrived ON A WEEKEND, as scheduled, performed the work flawlessly, AND, when settling the bill deducted 20 percent because I'm a USAF veteran. I've hired him three times each with the same good results.

They did an excellent job! The attention to detail was what impressed me the most. Tom also fixed a slow water faucet in my bathroom. They were kind, professional and courteous. I can't speak highly enough of Tom. I will hire him for all my plumbing jobs for now on! He even left on a high note with a song!!

I returned home to find my loving husband ran the dishwasher before our trip. The problem was that there was hot water spewing everywhere and leaking throughout the kitchen and into my hall & living room. I called in panic to Plumber 1) who said they would send someone out however it took them quite a long time. Water was still gushing out and in my utter panic I was trying to find how to turn the water off to the whole house. After going to my neighbor in tears, they helped me get that sorted out and not longer after having the water already off Plumber A) came to my house - told me X was the problem and that they wouldn't be able to come out and do anything for at least a week plus in means of repairs. Well I had no water coming into my house, which is sort of a life requirement so I searched and found company B) which came to my house, said the same thing plumber A did and then turned off my hot water to my sink. The price of this seemed very very high, but the gentleman was nice. I asked for pricing information to perform the repair and obviously also to install a new dishwasher.. Plumber B) had prices that made my fixed income heart sink. It was in the thousands and the company seemed very pushing on a yearly package. Per my fathers recommendation I used Angi list to start looking for a different plumber. I stumbled upon The Expert Touch and gave them a call up. Tom answered and I explained my issues, the other companies diagnosis. He listened to me and asked me detailed questions and gave me a rough estimate about the cost to repair and the installation of a new dishwasher. His price seemed much more accurate to the work entailed ( I was a previous property manager and familiar with what it usually cost to install dishwasher and hourly rates ) and after talking with him I let him know I would schedule something once I had a dishwasher ready to go - so we could do one trip. I got the dishwasher in a few weeks later and I gave Tom at The Expert Touch a follow back call, he stilled remembered our conversation and we scheduled ourselves for an afternoon after he was to wrap up another project. Tom, with The Expert Touch, gave me a call before heading over to my house on the day of worked. When he arrived, he brought with him another gentleman, an Apprentice, and they got to work. They were both very professional, courteous, and nice to my curious dog. It took them under two hours to complete the repair and install the new dishwasher, we ran into a hiccup where my countertop was not allowing it to close due to the mounting screws. But after some quick thinking, they grooved out an area for the screws to rest so that the door would close properly with no issues. They cleaned up any water that came out with removing the old dishwasher and even swept the floor leaving it clean as they came in. I would highly recommend Tom and his men with The Expert Touch, they are truly the definition of a good family company.

Tom and his technicians fixed in two hours what Ben Franklin and Mr Rooter wouldn’t. The price was discussed ahead of time and actually cost less than quoted. The weld on pipe looked better than the original plumbers. They were friendly, professional and completed the job quickly. I tried to get other plumbers to fix this problem for two years. Should have called Expert Touch in the beginning. For future plumbing issues I will call Tom. They are awesome.

The replacement went very well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Tom couldn't find the source but thought it might have been coming from a leaky tub faucet so that he replaced. He was very nice and knowledgeable but when I received the invoice I was shocked at his hourly rate. Unfortunately I will not use him again based on that alone.

Extremely satisfied with Tom (owner) and Kevin (technician). Kevin was super professional, expertly fixed both problems, and answered my questions as he did his work, I will refer Tom and his team and not hesitate to call him when the need arises.

Tom is great. He and his crew member went right to work on the problem and kept me informed of what was wrong. They fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair. And...he sings. You'll get to hear his jingle. It was great.

My wife love her American Standard toilet bowl. In fact she reads a lot there even though she's done her thing so I could not replace it with a new one. This is the second time I called Tom from The Expert Touch. The first time was for a leaky whirlpool tub faucet. He replace the toilet tank gaskets, bolts, nuts and washers cleanly, efficiently and professionally. He had to preorder these parts from the manufacturer so it took about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Tom explained to me that the first time the manufacturer send the wrong parts. I definitely would not call any plumber other than Tom for any future needs.

Tom came in several minutes earlier than scheduled. He repaired both hot and cold faucets cleanly and carefully. Due to grimes it took several toggles to remove the handle of the hot faucet but it finally gave in to his expert hands. The cold faucet was much easier to remove the handle. Reasonable fee for clean expert work.

Tom was very prompt, communicated well, explained things clearly, and finished the job on time and for the amount we agreed upon. He even went above and beyond with a couple extras issues that he saw and corrected - without an extra charge. I absolutely recommend Tom and The Expert Touch without hesitation for your plumbing needs. Also very professional. I have already recommended Tom to my friend Mark for another plumbing job.

I had an issue in my basement bathroom of water backing up into the shower and toilet not flushing consistently or completely. I tried snaking the lines, snaking the toilet and plunging the toilet and lines with different measures of blocking air flow to try and force out the blockage. I disassembled the sink pipes and everything looked fine. I gave in and I called The Expert Touch after seeing their solid reviews. they came the same day, within about an hour. Their representative thoroughly diagnosed the issue and checked for secondary issues. As it turned out, there was an issue with the downstairs pump not running correctly. More of an electrical issue than a plumbing issue. They checked the connections, the Interrupter and system and corrected the problem. Everything is running smoothly. They gave me advice on the system and things to look for in the future as well as what might need to be done if the problems persist along with an estimate. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and professional service I recieved for what I spent. I felt the price was fair and reasonable given my research on average costs for this type of visit. Simple problem and simple solution thankfully. They were straightforward and honest. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Found Tom and The Expert Touch here on Angie's List. He took my call and said he could make it over in an hour or two after finishing up on their current job. He and his co worker arrived when he said and made my day. They were able to clear the toilet, and at the same time he replaced the inlet valve in the tank. Reasonable price especially for a Saturday. Thank you for saving the weekend! Definitely recommend.

They were on time, friendly, and fast. Did a great job, and would definitely hire again. We had a blockage in the drain line for our sink. It was well past the capabilities of my tools, so we hired them to use their commercial plumbing snake to open up the blockage.

Amazing and extremely professional service! Tom responded to my initial message within an hour. He was able to get to my house the next morning, and completed the fix within an hour of showing up. He had all of the required parts in his van and worked very efficiently to resolve my problem. The area in the bathroom where the work was performed was left cleaner than when he and his assistant started. I would absolutely recommend The Expert Touch and will only use them in the future.

He was really good. He was excellent. He came out and checked our problem for us. He didn't even charge us because he came out and found out that we didn't have a problem. We thought we had a water leak. He inspected the ground and everything and determined we didn't have a water leak. He helped us figure out the source of our problems we had a busted water hose and it caused us to use 11,000 gallons of water in a 24-hour period. So, that's why we thought we had a busted water main or something, but we didn't it was just the hose. Very personable man, very nice, efficient and explain everything. He's a master plumber; he's been in the business I think 30 or 40 years. He really is top-notch. Responsive time is excellent, price is great and knowledge of the man sent out was exceptional.

Very well. Start with great communicaton. Initially our appointment was 8am. Mr. Paccone (the owner) called the day before to ask if he could move me to 12pm because another customer had no hot water. This was fine as my house was not occupied and the city had already turned the water off (he knew all of this). I appreciate that he was prioritizing based on need. After all, it could've been me without hot water! AM of appointment, he called to say some of his guys could come at 9am if it was OK, which it was. I like that they didnt just come early. They made sure it was OK 1st.. As I said, great communication. The guys arrived, introduced themselves and got to work. One leak was marked by the water company but a 2nd near the meter was located. THey showed it to me and then they called the water company to see it the 2nd leak was my responsibility or the cities. I appreciated that. It was mine. But I dont wonder if I paid to fix a leak that was not my responsibility. I felt very comfortable with these guys. I was at the property alone and one of them wanted to go inside and turn the water on in the kitchen and bathrooms (after they were finished). I knew that it was safe to allow him to do so. I guess the guys were there a couple of hours. Mr. Paccone called that afternoon to check on things, thank me for using Expert Touch and best of all to sing the jingle for me!! These folks are top notch professionals! I have a pretty major plumbing (grinder pump/sewer related) job planned for the future. We discussed this and Mr Paccone himself, who is a master plumber will come out to assess and plan this project. It's awesome that I already know who we're going to use and don't have to worry about that part of it.

Everything went perfectly! We will definitely contact The Expert Touch again if other plumbing problems should arise and would recommend them without hesitation. Great jingle as well!

It went great. Tom was very professional and the epitome of what a service provider should be. I could not have asked for a smoother experience. He even picked up my new toilet from Lowes for me which I really appreciated! Everything was done perfectly-they were very neat and the clean up was wonderful. I will use him again and definitely recommend this company to anyone needed plumbing service.

They got the water heater that night and installed it the following morning. They would have installed it that night but I told them it was fine to wait until the next morning. I was very satisfied with their work. I asked and Tom has been doing plumbing for over 44 years and Carl over 25. You can tell that they both love their jobs and they are perfectionists. Now that I've had a chance to use them, I won't use anyone else for my future plumbing needs.

Tom and his assistant, Carl, did an outstanding job. I was impressed with Tom when I first called The Expert Touch to get an estimate and even more impressed when he came to my home to perform the work. He was the only contractor I called that sounded actually interested in taking the job, but he asked detailed questions about my old water heater and its connections. Tom and Carl arrived promptly at our appointment time. They were faced with a rather difficult install due to my old water heater being in a corner between the HVAC air return and the HVAC unit and the fact that the new hot water heater was a bit wider than the older unit. They figured out how to make it fit and did an outstanding job with all of the connections. Professional, courteous, and he has a great jingle ~ very reasonably priced! If you need any plumbing work done these are the gentlemen to call!

Tom provided exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very customer oriented. Punctual. Price was fair for work done. Would highly recommend company for plumbing repairs. If another emergency occurs, he will be the first one I will call.
