They showed up on time and worked hard all day to finish the job in one day. They accidentally broke off one of the vent pipes to the gas furnace but the owner of Sowell Roofing came out and told me they would have a heating contractor come out to reinstall a new vent pipe so they fixed the problem at no extra cost to me. They provided me with a wind mitigation report so that I could send it to my insurance company but they failed to take the photos the insurance company requires so I was unable to get my insurance company to reduce my premiums because they need photos to show that roof was upgraded to the 200 mph roof. This is a big deal as it would have saved me a lot of money on my insurance. I called Terry Sowell roofing to see if they would come back and take the needed photos but they said they don't take photos. I learned a lesson about asking for everything before work. I am very satisfied with the work performed but next time I will require photos as a part of the contract.

Terry Sowell Roofing, was here when they said they would be, finished the work, cleaned up , no problems.
We had one issue, and they came right back and fixed it.
