WE CALLED, THEY CAME OUT AND HE CRAWLED UNDER OUR MOBILE HOME AND INSPECTED AND REPAIRED DAMAGE CREATED BY MICE. HE POSITIONED BAIT, AND REPAIRED ALL THE OLD AND NEW ENTRYWAYS THE MICE HAD TO GET INTO OUR HOME. RESULT? NO MICE!

Part of the problem with Angies's List is when I do a search, I don't get anyone from my town. I don't want someone 45 minutes away. I want someone from my neighborhood. I have a value to using local vendors.
I built my house in 2004, and Sunshine was the company the builder used. So, I've just stuck with them. They have done a really good job. I have no termites! When they did the last spray, they relocated all the spider webs outside so they wouldn't have to kill the spiders. Every 5 years they dig around the house, and spray in the foundation. The last time, you couldn't even tell they had been here. They are very polite, and are very good people. I think Sunshine is competitive in pricing. They always schedule around my schedule, and they show up when they say they are going to.
