Very nice and quick on the initial installation. After the first time running the sprinklers I noticed an area wasn't receiving any water and a few of the sprinklers needed adjusting and I needed a little retraining on that. They came out right away and added another sprinkler head to cover the piece that wasn't getting enough water, adjusted the sprinklers and showed me how to do it for the future. Here is where the problems happened. When the sprinklers were installed I asked the man (Brian) if the green zone covers (seven of them ) were secure enough for my John Deere to ride over the top (blades clear them). I was assured that they were just not to drive over them with the wheels. I drove over them with covers dead-center of the mower and sure enough, the covers got sucked right up into the mower and chopped into little pieces. This happened a couple of times the first time so I put little pieces of wood over the holes and mowed around the remaining covers with an edger and a push mower. Needless to say this is extra work because I was expecting to just drive over these areas with the tractor and life would be good. I called Savanna the next day and never got a return call or a reply to my e-mails. I ended up buying the covers out of my own pocket and to this day I still have to edge and hand mow around these seven. I bet it takes an extra fifteen minutes to do this. Recently I discovered a couple of other interesting things. I researched the building permits that are on my house and I found that Savanna never closed out the permit so no inspector ever came by. I have to get a new permit and have it inspected. Of course, I didn't install it so who knows what the inspector will discover. I also found out the other day when I put a stepping stone down in the path of one of the underground pipes that the pie was literally only one inch below the sod. Just for the heck of it I tried to call the phone numbers I found online for them and got an out of service message. If they are still in business stay clear of them at all costs.

Overcharged on the solenoids themselves, but at least I know how to fix it now. Simple fix.

Outstanding customer service from first telephonic contact until job completion. Best lawn and irrigation system company I've dealt with in Florida.
