alot of razor burns and nicks on my animal.. not happy

Some things were good and some, not so much. I got a short notice appt which is good. And the price was right. But you get what you pay for. I had a dog that needed a cut pretty bad. Lots of mats. So I know that a few nicks are to be expected. And there were several. But she limped for days after that visit and I swear it was not a nick or cut that caused that. Because you can't see what they are doing I have a terrible feeling that they were too rough with her. I admit I can't say for sure but when I walked in they made a point of closing the door. Didn't get a warm fuzzy from that. She had lots of lines and the shave was not very neat. I asked around and didn't hear very good things about them. Will I bring them back....No.

The animals do not fear going to the Pet Laundry as they know they will be treated well. Animals have never been burned or nicked. The owner of the Pet Laundry have several dogs herself and she treat customers animals in the same good manner they she treats her's

I had three dogs groomed, one came out near perfect, one came out with minor issues, and the last one they cut way too much hair of his face. Also, I did not like the way they trimmed the feet on all three and shaved the ears on two of them.

I believe there must of been some type of communication error between the lady I spoke to (when I brought the dogs in) and her groomers. As I went in detail how I wanted each dog groomed.

Not sure if I'll use them again, but if/when I do, I will be more explicit on the grooming expectations.

Pet Laundry did an outstanding job grooming my schnauzer. The shop was clean. They acted professionally and they got her ready in record time. We will return.

Called for an appointment and was able to get the desired time. Shop provided an estimated completion time and work was completed within 30 minutes of that time. Results were as requested. They are very careful with the animals and really cared for them. Will continue to use the Pet Laundry for their services and I would highly recommend them to others

Phone the Pet Laundry and got an appointment for the following day. Dropped off dog in the morning and was called for pick-up after lunch. Dog was happy. Very happy with service and will continue to use their services for multiple dogs and a cat
