On August 18, 2015 our home received some deceptive direct mail advertising from Lee Buick GMC in Crestview, Florida.  The outside of the envelope had these words prominently printed on it:  ?AUTO LOAN DOCUMENTS INSIDE? and ?FINAL NOTICE.?  This clearly left the impression that we had a loan that was past due.   We did not.  This is very bad marketing and needs to stop.

One reason I went there is because my car was under warranty because I bought my car from them that;s the main reason and that the new cars all have computers and I just don't take my car to just anybody with the computer. I wanna make sure that somebody knows what they're doing. I always can get in when I need to. They'll only gonna fix what;s needed to be fixed and don't get me to spend more money.
