Excellent! Very happy with the supervisor and the crew and the sod they brought. This was 5th time putting in sod for our property and this company went above and beyond in detail and professionalism.

I would not recommend this landscaping business. We had sod laid down that was infested with sod web worm. The sod laid in the front yard survived but only after we paid to have it treated. The sod laid in our back and side yard was laid incorrectly with large gaps between the squares and in some places was laid on top of old grass. The sod that was laid on the side and back yard was also treated but it didn't survive. Initially we were told that the infected sod would be replaced.  That never happened.  Eventually the owner came out to the house and told us he was not responsible for the infected sod?? There was no disclosure statement stating this on our contract nor were we told this verbally. The owner did show some concern about the way the sod was laid on the back and side yard.  He agreed to refund half the money. After promising my wife twice that the check would be in the mail we have yet to receive it. The work was performed in Aug 2016 it is now July 2017.  Just a note, K & R Cuts has two unresolved complaints made against them with the BBB. Wish we would have looked there first before hiring them.

To begin with it went fine. However after a few months two large palm trees, a 15' & 12' begin to show signs that they were dying. All trees, shrubbery and flowers were warranted for one year (written). Five months later they replaced the 12', while the other (15') still was not completely dead. I was told that the vendor which supplied the trees were no longer warranting the trees, however they replace them as promised. Last month the second tree completely died. I reported it and was promised that they would replace. After two weeks passed, I called , left messages, no return call at all. The warranty expires in December and I believe they are delaying with the hope that the clock will run out. In light of this experience I would not recommend nor use them again.

We started noticing them gradually dying in the early spring.  We had a written guarantee for one year from K & R Cuts on all of the plants and trees that were installed.  We contacted the company and they came out and tried to rejuvenate the trees but the trees gradually died.  After the company was convinced they would not survive, they replaced one of the trees in June, with the hopes that the other one would survive.  The other tree has been dead since the beginning of September.  I was promised that it would be replaced.  But to this date, they have not replaced it and are now not returning or answering my calls.  It is now the middle of October, and the warranty will be expiring in early December.

The second time out lawn was cut, they killed the majority of our grass by cutting it way too low. After speaking with one of the owners we were promised our grass was going to be replaced in the fall. Fall has come and gone... and we still have dead grass. They will not return our phone calls or our text messages. I am very disappointed by their lack of professionalism. I am unable to discontinue the service because they won't answer our calls.

Provider quoted a $45 fee with a fee of $50 to trim hedges also. I chose the $50 fee and he trimmed hedges the first time but after that it was hit or miss. On 2 occasions the edging wasn't done.He was supposed to come every other Thursday but sometimes wouldn't show up until Friday or Saturday and then get mad because I wasn't there to pay him. He showed up one time when he wasn't scheduled at all and the lawn did not need mowing but he wanted to be paid.

The custom pattern paver job took 1 day and the fire pit job took about 1/2 day. Lowes delivered the paver to the house.
Both projects turned out great!
