DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Description of Work: Tile small bath room; Floor and shower area; hookup fixtures. Finish installing drywall in living room area; bedroom and kitchen and install ceiling in kitchen and bedroom. Install baseboard, crown molding and door casing and ledgers in all rooms. Walls and ceiling was to be paint ready at completion. Member comments: The work was never completed; ;Drywall and ceiling was installed in bedroom. The remaining drywall and ceiling in the kitchen was completed. Neither area was prep for painting as stated in the contract. Finished installing the durock in the bathroom. Only in the bedroom area needed 100% drywall and ceiling installed. This the total sum of the work.

You failed to mention the following:Additional Projects added which were not on contract and have been completed. You also failed to mention that after I completed a large portion of project you told me " I am done with this,Just leave" so I did as you requested it was then you filed to get your money back apparently to get free labor n materials.
