We had an estimate in one day and they came when expected to so the job. The result is truly beautiful ! We have admired the finished product ever since completion. They are master trim carpenters. We have now scheduled more work with this fantastic and very professional company.

I needed some work done on my home to get it ready to sell, I had a small amount of wood rot and a kickboard that needed replaced. I sent a request out through Home Advisor and Shane was the first to reach out. He quickly sent out an estimate, and was able to come out the next day to get the work done. He said it would take about 3 hours to get it all done and he was in and out in a little over an hour. Great work and it looks 10x better then it did before! definitely would reach out again if I ever needed any work done!

Not dependable. Do not hire him to put up a fence because he does not know what he is doing.

Mr. Dalton was supposed to put up a fence, replace a window with a door, replace another door, install a sliding glass door, and install kitchen cabinets. We paid half the cost of the full project as a down payment. He completed the fence, but it is awful. The purpose of the fence was to keep my kids and dogs out of the pool area, but they can literally just push it right open. The latches do not match up, there are nails visible throughout the entire fence, there are pieced together two by fours, they cut the tops off the entire fence and they are all uneven, they put one of the end posts right in front of a window instead of up next to the house where it was supposed to be, all of the gate hinges are only attached through a fence picket rather than through the posts or at least a 2x4. When we asked him to stop by so we could show him the problem, he kept putting us off and putting us off. Finally, when we addressed the fact that he kept putting us off, his solution was to keep the cost of the fence and refund us for the rest of the project. However this fence is unacceptable and we do not feel we should be charged for it, especially not at full price. I would be very wary of hiring this company.

They have not completed the job that was suppose to be done.

The mudding of the wall was incomplete and the painting was of poor quality and I am still cleaning up the mess they made in a vacant house where the work area was clear.

Shane and his partner showed up when they said they would with all the supplies for the job! Both were the model of professionalism and clearly explained and executed exactly what they said they would! We definitely have more projects for them and look forward to working with them again!!

Shane did several things. Repaired and replaced front door, painted sunroom installed garbage disposal and installed backsplash in kitchen. We ran into issues on this 40 year old house but Shane adjusted and handled them all in stride. Very personable, reliable and courteous.

They were punctual, ahead of time actually but still updated me on them arriving early. And they were very quick! But thorough.

It was Shane Dalton of Dalton Family construction. He called me a week ago after i submitted the request with home advisor. we made an appt for 8am this morning. he didn't show up. he didn't answer the phone. I then called home advisor and they connected him with me. He said he didn't know that he had an appointment. He didn't recall talking to me and didn't bother to write down the appointment. He said his next appt was 1 week from today and i told him not to bother. I had already waited a week on him wasn't gonna wait another. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I highly recommend Dalton Family Construction LLC. The guys are very courteous and efficient. We were in need of someone to make some repairs and Shane responded immediately to my email. I have recommended him highly to other people that are needing repair work. Very glad we were able to find Shane!
