Our French doors were out of alignment and there was some wood rot on the outer casing. They came in, repaired the rotted area, installed new weather stripping around the doors and re-installed so now there's no daylight showing around the doors! Cleaned up when they were done. Job done right the first time and very professionally.

On the morning of the day he, owner Chip Bowdren, was to come to my house to see the job and provide a proposal, he began emailing me to have an electrician come out and do his thing first, THEN he'd come out and give me a proposal. Mr. Bowdren was unwilling to come out to my home and provide an proposal/estimate of the part of the work I was contacting his company to do. I needed to COORDINATE the work of an electrician and sheetrock contractor, and he was unwilling to do work where such coordination was required. I am capable of coordinating the services of multiple contractors, but he was unwilling to participate. His email contained the following: "I have no idea what the sheetrock repair will entail until after the electrician is done.....it would be a wasted trip to try to guess what it will look like when he is done.... I recommend that you get a sheetrock repair person local there in Niceville that can coordinate that type of time-constraint with you...it's just hard for my company to meet those scheduling 'duo's........." FYI, I don't live in Niceville, rather, I live in the same community as Mr. Bowdren and his business. Clearly, he wasn't interested in the business, after his office person scheduled the appointment.

I called left a message. They called me right back. We exchanged email and move forward from there. Everything was in writing. They did a detailed estimate WITH options and performed the work on the day and time they said they would. I really liked them. The lady owner was great over the phone. The gentleman she sent out was clean, neat and polite. He performed his work right the first time and left no mess.
