BT Kitchen and Bath

They are not the cheapest but they are very reasonable! When it comes to granite you never go with the cheapest because you really do get what you pay for! From my first encounter with John Cassidy the sales manager i had a wonderful experience!!! He was very professional and knew what he was talking about! It was a very fun experience especially when you get to pick how your kitchen is laid out on the granite slabs! When it came time for the installation the guys were on time, clean, professional, knowledgeable and very happy to be at work! I had a lot of work done! two full granite splashes with not one single seam in the whole kitchen! also they were able to match the veining in the granite counters with the full splashes! I was very impressed and they got it all done in one day!

Robert showed on on the exact date we had agreed upon. I had already gutted the kitchen and had another contractor get the ceiling reworked for the new cabinets. He arrived with all the lower cabinets first and got them all installed, in the mean time he worked around an electrician and a plumber doing other work in the kitchen. It all went smoothly. He came back the next few days installing the upper cabinets after the granite guys came and installed the granite ( I didn't get there names as they were only there one day, but the did an excellent job installing the granite) Robert was given a wrong upper cabinet so had to have one special ordered, within a week it was in and he installed it and finished up the trim and was gone. Excellent work, always cleaned up every day before he left. It's been a month and there have been no problems with the cabinets or countertops.

Buy This Kitchen did an excellent job, on time, and as promised.  We'd heard that since they do not use computer guided cuts on their granite we would be disappointed (this came from their competitors), but the one cut/seam was very well done and difficult to find let alone notice.  They upgraded our sink selection and we love it.  Overall very well done!

Love the soft-close drawers and hidden hinges on the cabinets.  The work was done in a professional manner and completed in the time frame  agreed upon.   They had plenty of styles and colors to choose from so I was able to find exactly what I wanted.  Will definitely tell our friends and family to go there when they decide to remodel.

The kitchen cabinets were half the price of other big box retailers for comparable quality cabinets.  This is a new company with growing pains, but very professional staff.  There were a few issues with incorrect items shipped.  The company rectified them with upgrades without additional cost to me.  I plan to use this company for my bathroom cabinets and would recommend them to others. 

I am happy with the installation and the counter top looks beautiful. I also had some brackets that they needed to install, but that they now have to come back and install them because they were not ordered in time. I feel that the communication with me could have been better.
