We are a locally owned moving company operating throughout northwest Florida. We are registered with the State of Florida (Fla. Mover Reg. No. IM2168 ), and fully licensed and insured. With our top of the line 26 ft box truck equipped with a heavy-duty lift gate, we can safely and efficiently move just about anything, except a tank. Our movers are experienced, drug free, professionals, not inexperienced day labor. We offer competitive hourly rates for local moves with absolutely no hidden or additional charges. We also offer a 10% military discount. We provide local and long distance moves, for residential and commercial customers. With over 25 years of experience, a great attitude and the best equipment available, we can handle any job regardless of size or type.

"[Member Name Removed] I believe the entire job went great. To address your points; arrived hours late to unload, well you failed to mention that last minute, after we were hours into the drive almost to the unload destination, you said you could not be there till days after the designated unload time, and you could not pay the balance due until some issue was dealt with. I said this is unacceptable as we are on a schedule with your job and other jobs, and had to stick to our contractual agreement. My call was after your goods were loaded and we were almost to the unload location, not before your move. I said we would have to turn around if you could not uphold your end of the agreement. This prompted you to pay what was due and allowed for the move to stay on schedule. You were a risk until I said please stick to the agreement and you realized there was no alternative. So the delay was waiting on you to handle your end of the agreement. Concerning damages and missing items, you had multiple people packing your heirlooms and other items, yet you are sure we damaged them and imply we had something to do with missing items. Many hands packed, moved and handled these items other than us, at the loading and unloading locations. I am sorry you had items damaged and missing, however I would look a little closer at those you had helping you other than us. The written letter you wrote was very accussatory and not factual. For this reason it did not warrant a response. In spite of all this, I thank you for using Bigfoot Moving Services."

Absolutely Awesome Service! They arrived promptly, began work immediately and were very careful when moving the furniture. We had several large pieces of furniture that were involved in the move... and no walls or furniture were damaged during the move. I received exceptional service at a great price! What more could I ask?
My sister thought I was crazy for hiring someone to do this move. She thought between family and friends we could do this job ourselves. She was present during the move and after seeing how much work was involved (and how quickly, efficiently and how reasonably priced they were) my sister asked them for business cards. We both agreed... if we have any future moving needs we will definitely call BigFoot Moving. Highly recommended!!

A crew of three showed up: Marshall, Dustin and Eddie! They were relatively punctual but had already given me a 'heads-up' phone call that they would arrive a little later than the appointed hour. When they did arrive, all three crew members introduced themselves to me accompanied by a hearty handshake!
I walked through with house with Marshall discussing the packing 'plan.' Then they got right to work. They divided and conquered! The job took the crew of three about 1.5 hours. They were careful, diligent, quick and efficient!
At my request, they rearranged some other items in my garage to make enough room so my car could fit into the garage along with all the new boxes.
These guys were very customer focused and really cared about doing the job right.
I highly recommend this moving company as they do excellent work at a very fair price.

completed it no fuss. Very responsive and courteous.
Was going to meet the movers at storage units Friday at 4. They called at a little over 3 and were just leaving Destin. Due to traffic they did not arrive until 5. With my help we made quick work of the loading and moving other furniture into one storage unit. Trip to Gulf Breeze wasn't bad for rush hour. My home is on pilings so everything is upstairs. Guys went to work and completed the unloading in about an hour. Asked if they would mind bringing one more piece of furniture that I had on the ground floor to the third floor. Even at 7pm after the long day they had, they accepted and carried a large dresser from ground floor to third floor. Very happy with the service provided and the price.
