Outstanding work, Randy spent two days and spotlessly cleaned places that other services ignored. He was extremely careful with my outdoor furniture and even covered a cantilevered umbrella I could not move. I had several areas which I though could not be cleaned, but Randy got them spotless. Extremely professional, punctual and thorough. I have a vented soffit which looks almost as bad after it is washed because the dirt drains out, Randy went back over the soffit after it dried and it looks like new. Randy also pointed out several maintenance issues I was unaware of. Will definitely hire again.

I had a good experience, very thorough, a little pricey but very thorough and stood behind his word, we were really happy. We have used them for the last 3 years, that's why we have been really pleased with his work.

Randy called me back same day I left message and we set up time for him to stop by a few days later and look at the project. I had just bought the house and it had not been maintained externally for r a few years. House and deck were going to require some scrubbing. It was raining the day we set up and I expected him to call to reschedule. No - randy kept his word and walked project in rain. We agreed on price and 2 days he was on the job. He finished in less time than he expected, cleaned up job site, and the property looks fantastic. He was very personable and I will call him again next spring.

Very excellent job !! Randy was on time, friendly, professional and did a great job. Several of my neighbors have commented on the quality of the job. My concrete areas were old, discolored, stained and had mold. Randy took extra care around my plants and lawn. He really did a very super job - everything looks good now. Randy (owner) powerwashed our 1700sq ft home, front and back, driveway, deck and even cleaned the white rock around our flower bed in front of the house, (for free!). I couldn't let that happen, however, so gave him a tip. We were stood up by our scheduled pressure wash company (A Perfect Pressure Wash), which put us in a bad position as we were to have pictures of the house taken the next day since we were putting the house up for sale. We called American Pressure Washing and Painting LLC, and Randy was quick to fill in, saying "I will do a better job anyway!" Man was he right. He was 45 minutes early even! He was professional and thorough. We are still amazed at the great job he did for us! He is obvoiusly proud of what he does, as he was completely professional, courteous and thorough in his work. I would recommend him all day long!
