A couple times we had to wait 10 - 15 minutes longer than expected because of other customer obligations, but Ron always called. Basically moving the lines underground involved a LOT of communications with the power company and trenching four feet below the ground then laying conduit. All of these tasks were done on-time and safely. The panels were installed promptly and properly.
