They were referred to me. The tub faucet was dripping. With the company, we just pay $75 and they come out and do whatever needs to be done. They came out on time. They did what they said they were going to do. It worked, it hasn't broke since.Currently, when you call, it just depends, because they've had other companies that either didn't work out enough or sounds like you ca get a better deal with another company. If I had to pick, I would pick West.

They scratch and dinged my new farmers sink. They left a mess, they would not hook up the faucet.  I showed them the places the hit and said the did not but i stood there and watched then sling a hammer around the sink. the owner would not do anything it about except to tell my husband they would come back and finish the work , if he would keep his wife from saying any more about the sink, or his employees are to walk out and not finish their work.

As promised, they called ahead to say when they were on the way, so I could stay at work and didn't have to sit home and wait all day. The plumber was very quick and got our pipe leak fixed right away. He cleaned up after himself, and was friendly and professional. I can't comment on the value/price, since the work was covered by a home warranty policy, but I would definitely call this company again for other work.
