   Prior to doing the work Mr. Jay came out and assessed our needs.  I had sketched out a design which he used, making appropriate modifications.  He was upfront about the fact that an 8 foot barrier probably wouldn't keep all the noise out and he was right.   Once the work began it went quickly and he always kept me apprised of any unforeseen costs (which were few), staying very close to the estimated price.  He dealt with an uneven slope and many tree roots, finishing up with a seamless, level fence.
   Craig Jay is primarily a home builder but took the time to do this small home improvement for us.  I checked several categories for his companies talents but I see just home builder appears.  I hope this gets out to everyone needing remodeling, cabinetry or fences, also!
