I am the sole Locksmith in my business. My business is part time. I work full time for an County EMS. If I am not able to help you, because I am on my full time job, I will give you #'s for other locksmith or lockout people. We have been in retail business 52 years. We believe in helping the customer. Customers work with my hours, so I work with theirs.

Mr. Steve was the only locksmith available in Wakulla county (and I'm very glad he was). All the locksmiths from Tallahassee wanted to charge me a driving fee of $2 /mile outside of the Tallahassee limits. For me this would have been a minimum extra 30 on top of their already 50 service fee (which was just to drive out to my home - no work included. I was then referred to call Steve Pigott lock service of Crawfordville. Steve was so incrediblely pleasant and his fees more than reasonable. He charged me a $35 service fee and only $10 per lock spring to rekey. So all in all, I only spent 95 to have my house rekeyed. Steve was very flexible around my schedule. I was impressed to see he included 4 copies of new keys and they all fit in the door handles and dead bolts perfectly smooth. He had all the doors re keyed in about an hours time. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve to any and everyone! Will only use him for locksmith in from now on.

We own rental properties and we need to change the locks whenever anyone moves out, so we use them consistently, a few times a year. They're prompt and inexpensive. He'll come out on a Sunday, there's no extra charge. He's just really fair.
