Great job Park Services! The technician, Matt, made some suggestions on how we could get more efficiency out of our system. He was quick to identify the problem and explained it so that I could understand it. I've used another company in the past but will be calling Parker Services in the future for all my heating and AC needs.

Our house had an old system when we bought it and after we lived with it for 10 years, it stopped working. Parker was very fair and worked with us on the size and price to fit our budget. Great customer service and super courteous and professional.

Everything was found to be in good working order and no repairs were made. The only problems that I am aware of since the system was installed has been someone setting a thermostat to an uncomfortable hot or cold setting and insects plugging the condensate drain pipe.
