Sandy Lott caused me so much grief by NOT doing her job. She told a potential buyer to take their paper work to the title company instead of doing it herself, which caused this person to go to a different realtor and not purchase the property I had for sale. Sandy Lott did not follow up with the title company for Three Different potential buyers. I fired her and used a different realtor who had my property sold in a week!

Contacted the real estate agent to sell vacant property in Tallahassee :Mary Bookmiller the
owner of this real estate company.  She responded immediately and
discussed the importance of marketing the property after performing an
analysis of similar property values. I then worked with Sandy Lott a
real estates agent in this company.  Sandy was prompt in all her
correspondence with me, and was professional and caring.  She took
pictures of the land and have had success at selling the property.   I
am very fortunate to have worked with this realtor and recommend her
services to sell or buy property in Tallahassee
