I have a bad experience with Keith Key Heating & Air. He installed a new HVAC in my house, and the unit is 3 months old and the unit is not cooling the house. A/c runs constantly. Asked him to come out and fix the problem. I got attitude from him, and now he will not return my calls or text to come out and fix the problem. I am having to resort to getting a attorney and pursue and sue him. Not happy with him nor impressed with him either.

We were totally satisfied. Since we had had several dismal prior experiences with other companies in town, we didn't get an estimate from anyone else but went solely on the referral of a former employee, which says something in itself about the company. Keith promptly came out to give us an estimate and worked with us to cause as little inconvenience to our tenant as possible. The work was scheduled immediately and completed in half a day. We had a small glitch with the drainage line, but Keith came back out the same day and fixed it in 10 minutes. We will call them from now on for our heating and AC needs.

He was professional, on time, answered all my questions and the cost seemed reasonable. We were not having any problems, just wanted our unit serviced before needing the AC for the summer.

They fixed it and then we had problems a few days later, they came back and spent several hours fixing the problem. They were honest and explained the situation in great detail. They came out in the evening and stayed until the work was complete. Love that they are a local business and care about their customer!

Overall, a very positive experience! Office staff and technicians who performed service were all extremely professional and provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable and informative, providing recommendations for issues encountered. Very happy with experience and will definitely call for AC/Heating system maintenance and/or issues in the future.

Everything went great from the quote by Kenny to the installation by the crew. I had no complaints and the system is keeping us comfortable and has reduced our utility bill. This was an upgrade from our 20yr old undersized unit and everything runs quite and efficient.

They are an excellent commercial, residential, mobile homes, repair service, and sales contractor. I was referred to them by other people and I've used them for a long time. They are friendly, they know the job, and they keep the house clean.

Our experience with Keith Key Heating and Air Company has been excellent. Any time we call they respond immediately. We recently had a problem with our air-conditioner not working and they came out immediately. We were afraid that we might have to replace the unit but they fixed it. It was a minor repair. We would continue to use them in the future.

Once they fixed the problem, the same problem occurred after about 2 weeks and I had to call them out again. They were not very responsive and I was not completely satisfied with their service.

"Although we appreciate this member's comments, we believe it is only fair that we respond to several of the complaints. We first went to the property that hey rent to replace some minor parts on a piece of equipment which is located on the salt water, is approximately 20+ years old and has major rust from the conditions. As he states, we did, in fact, have to go back out to make a fan motor repair some 6 weeks later (not 2 weeks as he states), which was a completely different problem. Our lack of responsiveness, claimed by the member, was due to the fact that we were awaiting a response from the HOMEOWNER who lives out of state and travels extensively and the Home Warranty Company who had to authorize the repair."
