We are very pleased with Mr. Mullens' services. He comes at the scheduled day and time and is very efficient in completing the repairs. I expected to be without water for a substantial amount of the day when the water tank was replaced but was out of water service for only a couple of hours. He comes prepared with the knowledge, parts and tools to get the job done. We will definitely use his services again.

Excellent. On all occasions - he was prompt, punctual, friendly and worked very efficiently. When installing my new kitchen faucet, he explained a few options that we had re using the soap dispenserand hole drilling, etc. ratrher than just proceeding to finish the work. I would definitely call him again first for all of our plumbing needs.

We had noticed a growing wet/swampy spot in our yard. We originally reported it to Talquin, our water provider, since it didn't seem to be on our water line, but they weren't interested in helping me. So we called Mr. Mullens, who is our go-to plumber. Within about 15 minutes he'd found the leak and determined that it was on Talquin's pipe and not ours.
He left us the invoice, but told me over the phone that Talquin might be willing to take care of it, since it was on their line.
Sure enough, Talquin took care of the bill and the leak. they had to take out a small dogwood, but they more than paid us back for it by having a landscape re-sod the whole area.
Unfortunately, since this happened in October, I'm not sure how well the sod is going to do... we'll find out!

The office was responsive to my call and worked with my schedule. Very prompt, fast, courteous.

I am overall very satisfied with my experience with Glen Mullins Plumbing. They respond within 24 to 48 hours, since it is a rural county but they are prompt with emergencies. I will be using them in the future.
