Tom called ahead and was on time. Diagnosed the problem with 20-year old washer in no time and fixed it for a reasonable price! Great to have a local Wakulla repairman.

Followed his advice to buy a new dryer and he repaired the refrigerator once the part came in. He was knowledgeable, punctual and very professional.

Great! Appliances still working well months after the repair. Mr. Cline even gave me maintenance advice to prevent future problems.

Perfectly! He is always on time, has the needed parts on hand and completes the work accurately and with no mess. Once, when called to repair a front-load washing machine, he recommended that instead we purchase a replacement because his experience with the model indicated he'd be likely back for future repairs due to manufacturing shortcomings. The dryer was repaired on the first visit - he had the part available on his truck and was able to fix it immediately. He guarantees his work, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue. I would absolutely use him again for any appliance repair!

Mr. Cline was referred by Jim Howell of Howell Appliance Repair. I called Mr. Cline and let him know that he was referred to us as someone who was qualified to repair our refrigerator. I explained to him that our ice maker stopped working a few days prior and that I'd like to schedule an appointment. I called him at approximately 10AM and he scheduled me for 2:30PM that same day. He was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.  He was punctual and came right in and went to work. He diagnosed what the problem was within 10 minutes of arriving. He let me know upfront that the water valve was a pricey part before beginning the repair. After receiving my approval he replaced the water valve and cycled the ice maker. We now have ice again! He was proficient and extremely professional. I highly recommend him and would definitely call him again.

I'd recommend him in a minute to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, competent appliance repair person!
Here's why:
~He checked my older fridge, gas dryer, and gas oven electronic panel.He advised me on all options (repair, replace, leave alone, etc.).
~He replaced my fridge fan motor.
~He showed me how to correct a problem with the freezer door (on same fridge) myself, if I wanted to, instead of spending the money to have him fix it. I respect and appreciate him for that!
~In all instances (3 visits between May and July 2015), he was courteous, professional, punctual, reasonable in pricing, and promised to call if late (he was never late). He also gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him.
~For this review, the Angie's List form has a required item: "Approximate cost of service" but it has only a currency field, which doesn't allow for entering a price range. I don't recall how much he charged me, so I just entered an amount of $100. I do remember that he assured me the fee he charged to look at the appliances would be applied to any repairs needed. He kept his word on that. Whatever he charged, it was reasonable. And I'm frugal!

Arrived about 10 minutes after appt time but called ahead to advise. Explained problems, and solutions as he went. Repairs successful.

Our clothes dryer wasn't running, so we called Mr. Cline based on a previous great experience with him. When we contacted him, he scheduled an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Another great experience with Mr. Cline.

Our refrigerator was not cooling well even at the coldest setting. We called Mr. Cline on the recommendation of a family member. He promptly scheduled an appointment for which he showed up on time, and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He returned 2 days later to install the parts, working very efficiently to restore the refrigerator to perfect working order. He was very prompt, business-like, and honest. After having a very bad experience with another repair company, I will only use Mr. Cline for our future appliance repair needs. I have no doubt that he is truly concerned about doing the best possible job for his customers. This was a great experience.

Called on Wednesday and was scheduled for service on Thursday between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Arrived around 1:00 p.m. Took dryer apart and found a burned out heating element. He had a spare heating element on the truck and replaced the heating element. Lubricated the ball and ball socket before re-installing the drum. Completed all work by around 2:30 p.m. Did a great job. He is on my list to call again.

I spent about $180 for their services. I have been using them for the past three years. Mr. Cline is very fair and good. He does what he knows. If he is not sure of something, he will tell you what the options are. He is a very honest man and is very reliable. I don't know about the price because I haven't used anybody else for appliances. He is very punctual. He is a really lovely guy. I plan on using him until he retires.

His first trip, I had actually managed to fix the dryer on my own, but didn't realize that leaving the door off was keeping the vaccum from holding the flame. He didn't charge me, but educated me that since it was involving gas, I really should have called a professional. He's a good guy and very honest.
