Justin was friendly and put up with my questions. he charged me $125 for disposal that I found on sites for $90. I get the upping but I feel 38% was excessive. He didn't leave me the wrenchette either. That said, I might use his company for dishwasher install...he was kind enough to use his tester on my fridge lite socket.

"I'm sorry you were unhappy with the price. If you research on Angie's list they have material about the average cost of disposal replacement. The average replacement cost in 2013 was $230 and ranged from $210-$255. I recommend calling around locally and getting quotes over the phone our price matches up with the average Angie's list has posted for 5 years ago. And most of your reputable plumbing or electrician companies would have charged much more for the same repair. If you do happen to do the research and feel inclined to change your grade on our review. We would really appreciate it, lower grades or review ratings can really hurt a good honest company as ourselves."
