Jason Callaghan with Callaghan Roofing replaced my roof and it looks great. His team was punctual and they finished it in a day and a half. Jason is very easy to talk to, patient and did a good job returning my calls and emails. Thanks Jason.

Price was reasonable, but quality at finished product, professionalism of crew, honesty and integrity of owner, timeliness for completion were unacceptable. Roof took 6 wks for job completion there were leaks, that required repairs of ceiling (which they paid for ) but not the time delays in listing or house.

It was the best experience with a contractor I've ever had. I called on a Friday to get an estimate. He gave me a time to meet him, the next Monday and he showed up on time. The very next week he was over painting the house. Prior to beginning painting; however, we walked around the house so he could look at the condition of the siding (not vinyl) on the house and what would have to be done in the yard before painting could begin. He gave me ideas on paint colors and left a color wheel with me. He said he would send me an estimate in an email. The next day I had the estimate, plus an hourly rate he would charge to replace any wood rot in the siding. He brought his painter out and they went over the house looking for wood rot, but he said other than a few places, the siding was in good condition. He said he would soft wash the house before painting and if they uncovered any other spots that needed attention he would let me know. He was great about keeping me updated and added that the ceiling fan on back porch needed to be taken down and replaced. We just wanted a light up there so he did that too. We asked him to look at putting a ceiling fan in our guest room which he did. The painters came when they were supposed to come, worked all day and did not loaf on the job. They worked until the job was complete and weren't late any day. Liam also had his gutter guy take a look at putting more gutters on the house, and recommended putting up the same kind of gutter all around the house. The old ones were over 20 years old so he had gutters added to the house while we were out of town. He took care of everything for the gutters since we had to go out of town for several days. When we got home, the gutters were up just as Liam said they would be. He is a man of his word and a joy to do business with.
