My AC was not cooling and we had guest coming in for a visit. I called in the morning and they sent someone out the same afternoon. The technicians showed up on time, assessed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. They even found a potential problem and fixed that as well. While here, they also checked out my second AC unit to make sure it was properly working. The pricing was very reasonable and the technician, James, was very professional and courteous. I will use them again for any HVAC problems.

They have a long history in the area. They are very professional. They are very responsive. They know their products. They changed out the system in two days so our lives were not interrupted. They do quality work so you get your moneys worth. It was a messy job because they had to remove insulation. They cleaned everything up well.

Overall, I was satisfied with AIR CON. Maybe it was too much to ask for immediate service when the air quit working.

I have nothing negative about them. I spent $100 on that service. When they left, I had two companies come back in about a week to see what a replacement unit would cost and I chose a different company. I would give them above average. The work they did was fine and I did not ask them to do the full house system. I would be calling them in about a year to do the unit for another house that I have.

It was a minor job, but they came out on a Sunday morning. They are extremely reliable and very, very pleasant. They are very prompt. I have never called without them showing up on the same day. The gentleman, Gary, has stopped here to fix something before going home to eat dinner.
