Excellent!  They come every two weeks and they are fabulous.

They are excellent. They just do a really wonderful job. They clean things that I did not even know needed cleaning. Everything just looked sparkly when they are done. They are very dependable. They fit me into their schedule when I need special jobs done and area very accommodating.

They are trustworthy and do a good job in everything they do.

She did a S***** HORRIBLE JOB and I asked her to come back and fix her lack of completion.  She came back and complained to my property manager and STILL LEFT THE HOUSE DIRTY AND INCOMPLETE!!!!!

I was very happy with the work that was done.

I thought, at first, everything was going to be great even though things were slow moving.  But when they had to leave because of other things she had to do I was concerned because so very much had not been done.  Then when she told me I owed her $360.00 I almost fainted, and my husband was VERY angry.  I paid her because I didn't know what else to do ... Everyone is telling me I should have said NO, there has not been that much work done ... But I am not one for confrontation.  I cried after they left because now we will have a difficult time making it through the rest of the month.  $360.00 is a LOT of money to come out of a household of social security checks.  She seemed so cold and acted as if she knew I was going to have a problem with the charge just before she gave it to me.  I am stunned.  The last time I hired someone to do this same thing, it was $150 and everything was done in 4 hours with ONE person.
I am so upset.  The other two people that came after she got here were very nice ... there was no problem with anyone acting ugly or anything ... but her complete demeanor changed just as she was about to give me the price, as my husband said "Just like she knew she was going to take advantage of you".  He was standing right there and almost spoke up and is now upset with himself because he did not.  He thought I was going to, but I was stunned.  AGAIN ... I have 20 people, including neighbors that are stunned because they've seen my house regularly.

I called Pam 2 weeks before I was moving into a house I was purchasing. She
confirmed that she could do a complete top down clean and quoted me a price per
hour. She was to come on Saturday at 10:30am. She was aware that the house was
empty as I was not moving in until after she cleaned but that I would come to
the house to let her in. She asked that I confirm with her the day before. I
called on Friday, she did not answer so I left a message reminding her of the
time, the address, and my name and number.
At 10:28am (2 minutes before she was scheduled to be there), I received a text
message telling me that she was looking for a baby sitter but that she
"will be there shortly" and "might go a head and send Angie a
girl that works for me to get started".
At 11:45am, after sitting around an empty house waiting for someone to show up
for an hour and fifteen minutes, I TEXTED HER, asking how much longer. She
replied "soon, they should be on there way soon".
At 1:24, an hour and 40 minutes later, I CALLED HER. She did not answer. I left
a very pointed message explaining my frustration.
A little after 2pm, 3 1/2 hours LATE, 2 women show up without a vacuum or mop,
just a few cleaning supplies and one roll of paper towels.  So obviously cleaning the
entire house like vacuuming and mopping were out.
2 1/2 hours later they have managed to decently clean the 2 bathrooms and a
kitchen.  They were not in bad shape to begin with - just normal use.
Then they call Pam and she charged me for 3 hours.
So they were over 3 hours late, didn't bring enough supplies to do the whole
house, took a long time to clean 3 areas, and then over charged me.
It could not have gone worse unless they robbed me.

I live in Quincy so wasn't sure if this company would work out for me as
they're in Crawfordville - but they have folks over here as well. I
hate to clean - we do the basic stuff but the floors haven't been washed
in a few years. This service is great - they don't hesitate to tackle
big jobs and they don't waste my time chatting rather than working,
which has been the case with some cleaning services I have used over the
years. They're even sweet to my dog, who barks her head off at them
several times during each cleaning visit.

Very efficient.  This was their second visit -- the first visit they worked me in right before Thanksgiving.  Although they were late in arriving, the two ladies were like a couple of tornadoes, sweeping through the house in two hours and leaving it clean.  The second visit was during the day while I was at work; again a great job.  So nice to come home to a clean house!

They are quick and thorough.  They are responsive to special requests.  They have been flexible when I needed to change the schedule.  Punctuality has been a minor problem but it has improved of late.

Pam (owner) is wonderful. She is very thorough and trustworthy.

They were quick to catch on to my needs and we organized my mess into "keep" and "toss"piles. I decided what to do with the stuff to be kept and they decided about the rest and sorted it into pile for trash and piles for donation.  We did a major clean, taking everything out of closets and cupboards.  They cleaned carpets and furniture and pressure washed the house. It was a big job.  The only problem is punctuality, and generally that was because they wanted to come earlier than we had agreed and I wasn't ready yet. 

Pam is a very hard worker, she is extremely thorough and very flexible.  The staff she brings with her get down to business and work hard the whole time they are in my house.
