I had a friend that used them and he liked them so I gave them a shot and we did. I like them. They did an excellent job.

It went very well overall.  The job was completed in January 2013 and I waited until now to review so I could see how the air conditioners worked.  The heat and a/c both work great!  My biggest complaint, which is not a reason to not hire them is:  they did not clean up after themselves as good as I hoped, but they did remove 95% of the construction rubbish.  I figure, jobs of this scope are usually construction sites and I was living in this construction site!  On such a big job you've got to expect unforeseen snags but Jim and his crew overcame obstacles as they arose.  Jim helped me pick out the proper, energy efficient, air conditioners and furnaces for my needs and gave the most reasonable quote of the many contractors I had look at the job.  These guys know what they are doing when it comes to HVAC and they do it well.

As usual, the company was very responsive and showed up when they said.  And they always call ahead as they near your home.  Their work was very competent and they never left a mess behind.
This is a small  company that has been around for a long time.  They price right and work hard.

AAA responded promptly when called and showed up on time in every instance.  The owner was very good at discussing product and brand options.  And, although he made it clear that they would like the business, he was not a pressure type person (I think his viewpoint was more based on his longtime, experience as an HVAC technician and installer and not as a sales person).
Having checked on the web for other customer comments concerning what HVAC work they had done and the pricing, I thought AAA's pricing was very fair.  Our central air conditioner was dead, so we had no choice on installing a replacement air conditioner.  Since our HVAC was sixteen years old, we decided to replace the furnace at the same time with a higher efficiency furnace because some of the labor involved in removing and replacing the inside part of the typical split system air conditioner would duplicate the labor involved in simply removing and replacing the gas furnace.  AAA then supplied the new gas furnace approximately at its cost and charged only $300.00 to install the gas furnace.   
The owner and his crew showed up on time every time.   They were very polite and very neat in doing the installation - both with respect to not making a mess and a professional, neat looking installation.  Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day.
This is a company were the owners not only provide the quotes and make the sale, but also show up with the crew to perform the work.

They are really good. I know the owner personally and they do really good work. They have great customer service. They are here when they say they are gong to be. The work is good and we didn't have any problems with anything.
