I contacted this company to do a little work in my house (wall damage and door frame damage from a roof leak, and a bathroom needed painting).It took them 3 days to come out after my initial call; it took 7 days AND a call to them to come up with a written estimate ($1300), which was placed in my mailbox (I never even got the courtesy of a call). I had told them about my time constraints, that I was on vacation and I needed the work done in my 2 week time frame. I had also asked for an estimate on the painting of the outside of my house. I never got that estimate. After I found the estimate in my mailbox, I called Scott (on Thursday); he did not pick up so I left a message. He called me back the next day and said that Bob would be calling me THAT day to schedule everything. I received a call from Bob FIVE days later, the following Wednesday; I was not home so he left a message. I called Bob the following day; he did not pick up so I left a message for him. That was Thursday. It is now Saturday, and I never received a return call. I go back to work Monday, so now it's too late to have anyone do the work. So, the work never got done. The fact that I got little response from this company is what irks me. And, here I sit, job undone until my next vacation. I would have appreciated SOMETHING from this company. If they're too busy, or my job is too small, they should have told me. I always recommend companies to friends when I am satisfied, but I will not recommend this company. I'm sure they don't care, because they are obviously too busy as it is. The reason that I filled in the "were services performed" bubble above with a yes, is because more weight is put on reviews where the work was done.

Will Connect Company did a GREAT JOB! I couldn't find them in Angies list to do the review??? but they area really professional and we are very happy and would recommend to anyone. Angies list should be happy to add this company to there data base.....THANK YOU!

I was able to find Will Connect Company (Scott) services through a colleague of mine before we had all these problems occurred because he had a fire and Scottand Will Connect helped them. From the very beginning when we made the phone call which was in the middle of the night I was not sure what was going to happen but Scott (Will Connect) answered promptly and I explained the situation within 45 min they were at my house cleaning up the mess and fixing the busted pipe. The crew was really good and made us feel a sense of relief that we had someone taking care of this quickly and respecting my home at the same time. Within a few hours that I can recall they had everything cleaned up, GREAT!!!!! The next morning Will Connect helped me contact my insurance and started putting a plan together. They took care of everything for me. My family’s life went on, we didn’t have to worry. Scott met with my adjuster to review all the damages and took care of everything. Will Connect did the consulting with my insurance company, the water cleanup, the mold remediation, and remolded my kitchen. They are a one stop shop. I could not be happier, and in return I’m more than happy to write this review for Scott and Will Connect. I would recommend them to anyone. If anyone would like to call me, please don’t hesitate.
