W Salon and Spa

I go to Maria there and she is very good. I have never had any problems and this is a very professional salon. My husband also uses her and we would definitely recommend this place.

Average and over priced. Little care/ interest for customer. Will not be returning.

Went for the first time and had Jessica. She was very rude and did not listen to what I was asking her to do.. Wash, cut and style in under 20 minutes.. Will not be coming back again. Very disappointed.

Salon is large, clean, seemed well staffed.  Being new to the salon, I went to the hairdresser suggested.  I found the haircut style to be mediocre, not too close to what I asked for, with a sales pitch for other services.  Although they give a small gift bag with discount coupons, unless I made an immediate commitment for additional services coupons were not useable.  I will look for another salon where ambiance is more to my liking.

I came here for a trim and blow dry. The salon looked cozy and, most important, clean. My appointment was respected by the minute. The staff was nice and friendly. The hair stylist did exactly what I asked for, which was great, because you know how that can go: you ask for a trim and leave with half your lenght. Brushing was gentle but effective, my hair looked smooth and healthy after blow dry. I can highly recommend this place

I am new to the area checked Angie's list and saw a good review about Nancy. I called made an appointment with Nancy and was more that satisfied with my haircut. We talked about what I'd like before she started. My haircut was just as described. She was very nice and I had an enjoyable experience. I also made my next appointment.

Nancy is the best. My hair has never looked so good. She is professional and very personable. She is always on time. I need to have ammonia free color and this salon has not failed me. Simi does a great job with manicures and pedicures. The shampoo gals are all good as well. The salon is quite pricey and often times too noisy. I go there for Nancy.

She was consimate hair dresser. She did base color and highlights. My hair was perfect in every way and I will return to the salon. She has a great personailty to go along with her perfect execution. The salon is new, beautifully designed, and quiet.

It is a little expensive for a haircut but it is a high end salon. I've used the same hairdresser for 25 or more years and I've followed her around. The salon is beautiful inside. They do a lot of different things there.

I am new to Florida and needed to find a new hairstylist. After checking Angie's List, I decided to call W based on the reviews, plus it was new and close to my house. The prices seemed reasonable as well. I spoke with Ryan, who was very friendly and took the time to ask lots of questions to ensure he assigned me to the right stylist. Better yet, I was able to get in the next day (thanks to a cancellation)! When I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and then waited all of 5 minutes to meet Barbara. I have to say, Ryan did not do me wrong! Barbara is professional, friendly, easy to chat with and most of all, listens to what you want!! I was considering a color and highlights, but wanted something low maintenance. She gave me her suggestion and we went with partial highlights done with color, not bleach. Then end result was subtle but lifting. Throw in a great cut and my hair looks the best it has in a few years. Thank you, thank you Barbara and all the staff at W Salon. You've got yourself a new customer!

It is a new salon and is gorgeous, beautiful and elegant. I go there every week and the environment is upscale and pristine. They have reflexology, cosmetology and cover the entire spectrum. I think they have over 30 hairdressers, nail techs and pedicurists. They also have makeup specialists, facials and colorists; everything is in one location. Each hairdresser is priced a little different and colors cost more.
