Not well. We paid for their year contract. They came out multiple times but the pest issues never resolved. The gentleman who came out for the pest service was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing but the pest issues never got better. We decided it to renew the contract but little did we know I’m fine print on the contract it auto renews unless you provide 30 days written notice and pay a fee to have your services canceled. This information should have been explained when they were signing us up for the one year contract. When the one year contract was completed we received a bill from them and at that time they explained the fine print of the contract. The customer service representatives and management that we have spoken to have been very rude.

They were very punctual and professional. Jason, the branch manager came out and gave me an estimate. He explained the two procedures that they perform to get rid of termites. He gave me the pros and cons for each. I elected for the wall and attic treatment which entails them going around your house boring small holes into the walls then ejecting a liquid poison. Also, they go into the attic and spray a mist that adheres to the wood in there. Once he was done he puttied the holes with plaster and cleaned up. There was no noticeable evidence that holes were drilled on my walls when he was finished. I chose this method instead of the tenting because of tent scheduling (a month or more wait), no need to leave the house, and the increased longevity of termite eradication. I also opted for a recurring service in which they will come out once a year and spray the walls again. This service will cost 175 per year. Alfred, the pest control operator called, came out, and spent 3 to 4 hours spraying. He was very nice and affable.

We had a service contract, we didn't know they were coming out and they charged us $175 for that service. We hate them, we would give them an "F". Their service was terrible. They made me mad, they were really rude to us. Their price was okay. They didn't answer their phone and that was one problem. When you did get someone at the branch we were assigned to, they were extremely rude. You never knew whether or not they came out or not. It didn't seem like they did anything. They seem to have some sort of internal issues.

I had a contract with them. They came every two months and sprayed my lawn at the back and the inside of the house. The quality was really good. I cannot trust them. They were never there, they'll miss appointments, they'll not call. Their product is great. They have a great product, I never had any problems until they were doing the services, that is when they showed up, but it's just the company.

Very responsive, come right away when I call and the technicians are always eager to help and solve the problem. Also , our tech always calls me to let me know when he will be at my house and to discuss any bug-related issues before the visit in order to address them fully. Have been using for about6 months and very satisfied so far.

I had a terrible experience with Truly Nolen tenting my house. What started out as an inconvenience (leaving my home for three days) turned into a stress-filled three days. The salesman approved our preparations in an inspection the night before. When the tenting crew showed up the next day at 3:00, they said they could not complete the job because we did not prepare properly. The salesman helped, as we tore up all our paver stones and mulch around the rear of the house. A second crew showed at 6:45 and asked why we had done all this unnecessary extra work. The tent came off the next night at 7:30, and we were told it could be up to 24 hours to get the all clear to return to the house. When we drove by the house at 1:00 the next day, there was a note on the door saying the house was clear. It was left at 7:55 in the morning with no phone call. My house key was left in an open lockbox, and half the windows in the house were left open. This was very poor customer service, and lacked even the most basic of modern communication methods ( e.g. automated call-backs) for the customer.

They took care of drilling and installing the treatments. I had a problem with previous work they did for me, but this project seems to be ok so far. They made good on the previous problem we had.

No matter what number I call them off of the list it automatically switches me over to the closes location to my house. They have a high turn over rate therefore some of the people are great and some are horrible. The first people that they sent out was absolutely horrible. I had to have them come back and spray. My friend made a comment tohim and wasn't nasty at all but the guy said he was out of here. I called them to cancel my contract. They sent out new people and they were a hundred percent better but the problem still wasn't solved. I called them back and the girl was very nice but I had her cancel my contract and found someone new. You have to know who to ask for to get quality work.
