Very positive. Contacted Tropical Air Systems at 11am. Explained we were having a charity event on Saturday and none of the three units were cooling properly. Stephanie said she'd see if she could get someone there that day. She called back 15 minutes later and said they'd have a technician there that afternoon. Mark called to advise he was on the way and arrived just after 4pm. Within hours, we had cold air.

Tropical Air Systems installed a new AC unit in my condo early last year. They were the most professional of three different companies that I vetted and final price was almost exactly what was quoted - which was reasonable. Work was completed in the timeframe that I was given and with excellent workmanship & quality. I recently had Tropical Air perform the recommended preventative maintenance & duct cleaning, again with satisfying results.

The Technician was Frank and he was very good at explaining what he was doing. Very patient and courteous. I have a contract with Pride but had been waiting for 6 days for them to come and with a 90 yr old Mother, it was not ideal. My building Manager suggested Tropical as they handle the building and his personal home and has been more than pleased. I am now another pleased customer. When I called, they made it a point to understand and he was available the next day and on time. I have cancelled the previous contractor and will now use only Tropical and also recommend it highly to all.

Showed up on time. Performed all work in a professional and timely manner. Clean up behind their work was good. Supervisor Vince provided great input before, during, and after completion of the project. Good company to deal with!

This isn't my first time using Tropical Air Systems. The have installed a few AC's for me over the years and have always been competitively priced. Months later I decided to update the vent returns and they treated the small job just as well. Today, at four-o-clock, another contractor inadvertently drove a nail into a Freon line and Tropical Air Systems showed up to make the repair within an hour. I have two kids in diapers and a house in various stages of renovation, can you imagine what my night would have been like with NO air! I give them an A rating because the have always been competitive in price, equally responsive in job scope and provide superior installation.

Jeremy was the technician who responded. He was very professional and explained everything. No leak was found and he provided suggestions to avoid buildup of mold. I'd use them again.
