The three ladies that came to clean were very nice and professional.  The team leader (Barbara, I believe) was especialy nice.  The cleaning itself was good, but not a "deep cleaning," which I expected would include all nooks and crannies (such as baseboards, vacuuming under the rugs, not just around them, etc.)  Also, when I called the office I specifically asked for all windows to be cleaned and I was promised they would be.  Nobody communicated this to the team that came to my house, and when I asked for the service, I was told it would not be offered.  I paid by the hour, so in a way no big deal, but I was hoping a chore would come off my list without me having to do it myself or look for another service provider.  All in all, the lack of organization of their office and the lack of communication with both their customers and their workers led me to decide to not use them again.  And the "deep" cleaning is just a general cleaning, not worth the extra money.  I gave them a B for professionalism because their back office is not well organized, not because of the service itself.

I enjoy speaking with the owner of Maids. They provided the services that I was looking for. I had tried their services once before when they gave a discount and I liked it. Their services are really good.
