I had a great experience with Will and highly recommend his services! He came to my home to evaluate the problem with my laptop and then did research to access whether it was more cost effective for me to buy a new laptop, or get a new hard drive and more RAM. Will was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He accommodated me to do the work over a weekend since I couldn't be without my laptop during the week. He even picked up and dropped off my laptop. After the work was done and the laptop was returned to me, Will contacted me the next day to ask how my laptop was functioning. Excellent Computer repair company. For those of you who are not completely computer savvy, like me, I want to tell you about a new company I found that is absolutely excellent. The company is TechWise and is located here in Coral Springs. I was having some problems with my computer and my home automation and found this company and called the owner William Amon. He was extremely nice and informative and explained what he does. He works on home automation, computer repair, and restoration, and so much more. What really got my attention was doing away with the cable television. We discussed some of my needs over the phone and he said it would be better to come over and survey what my issues were. Unlike many people, he showed up on time and had a full mask on with gloves and removed his shoes immediately. That was an excellent first impression. We went through everything and to make a long story short he repaired my computer, did away with my cable TV, and could save me approximately 55% of what I was paying the cable company. ( over $1200 per year in savings) We made arrangements for him to come the next day and he did promptly anti-installed new equipment which he is picked up for me and I might add on sale, so that save me a few dollars. And installed everything in one day. I can't express how happy both my wife and myself are with our new Cable free TV system which has at least four or five times the amount of programs that we had from Comcast previously.
